Native organic olive oil, harvested 2013.
Natural olive oil from a very small, strictly limited olive grove.
40 year-old olive trees.

End of October to start of November 2013

December 2015

Position:
Near the Medieval town of Scarlino in the Maremma, Tuscany.

Harvest and production:
300 - 400 litres p.a.
Cultivated, harvested, pressed and bottled by a family-owned olive oil estate in the Maremma.
Produced using a natural process which is hundreds of years old.
100% by hand, with only a few mechanical tools and an old oil mill.
100% from own cultivation.
Filtration: immediately after pressing.
Storage of olive oil until cool bottling: stainless steel vats.

Producer:
Borgo la Stella, Agricola Familiare, Radda in Chianti. German-Belgian wine producers and olive growers.
Hand-harvested with ancient tools.
